Our current owners Joe and Tracy Matthews bought the company in 2010 after Tracy had worked for the company since 1998. Joe previously co-owned Matthews Brothers ltd but has brought his skills over to run Property Services whilst Tracy runs the Estate Agents. Joe and Tracy live in Sutton so have an extensive knowledge of the area and both grew up in the surrounding areas so have a real love for selling, renting and ‘doing up’ properties that have been known to them for years. They have renovated and sold properties for longer than Joe wishes to remember, so they have a keen understanding for what houses need to rent them out or sell them on for the best return. We are very proud to promote our established services which include Residential Sales, Lettings, Property Management and Property Services. Our Property Services include all types of building works, renovations, roofing and general maintenance. Our clients can feel at ease with knowledge that our extensive range of qualified and reliable tradesmen will produce first class workmanship. Wilman and Lodge head office is based on the Main Street in Cross Hills and we also operate two further offices in Silsden and Grassington.
