The leading student and residential letting agency in York In 1989, I G Property was founded by Ian Furby as a small venture into the student market. I G Property has now grown to become one of the largest and most successful student and residential letting agents in York. We manage a portfolio of almost 650 properties, with nearly 400 fully managed by our team of 15 property professionals, while providing tenant-find only services for the remainder. From 1-bedroom apartments to 9-bedroom houses, almost all our student properties are within a mile of the two York universities. Please visit our website https://igproperty.co.uk/ to view our comprehensive property videos and photos online and complete your applications digitally. We are accredited with Propertymark and have been awarded the Safeagent accreditation mark. We hold client money protection with Propertymark and are covered by The Property Ombudsman. This provides peace of mind, as it demonstrates our commitment to the highest professional standards in protecting both the landlord's and the tenant's interests. Our experienced and qualified team has a wealth of experience in student property and residential lettings, and several of us were once students - some more recently than others. With our goal of providing the highest possible customer service to both landlords and tenants, we are committed to ensuring that your experience with us runs as smoothly as possible. We have a dedicated maintenance department with an in-house team and a well-equipped van, ensuring that issues can be addressed promptly. In the shadow of York Minster, our centrally located office is ideally situated for all the academic establishments in York. The office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. We offer an out-of-hours emergency service to ensure that we are available 7 days a week to address any urgent issues you may have.
