Japan Services was founded in 1976, and we have been based at the same location in Ealing since 1990. We operate from the former Estate Office of the Hanger Hill Garden Estate, the beautiful local Conservation Area comprising of over 600 mock-Tudor flats and houses. Long one of London's leading letting agencies helping corporate Japanese tenants find a home in the UK, from the mid-2000s we expanded our services to include supporting non-corporate tenants looking to live in the Ealing and West Acton area. Additionally, we offer a bespoke sales service within the local area. Over 35 years operating in the same location allows us to understand local property types, property problems, and the neighbourhood like few other agents. This stability means we have developed deep relationships with many local landlords, and can draw on a large book of competent contractors to reliably undertake repairs and maintenance. We are a small family-run business, where the directors take pride in being approachable and available. Most days one or two of our directors can be found at our office or may be contacted by phone. When not in the office, our directors are hands-on, and are frequently found visiting local managed properties to review problems, undertake inspections, and meet residents. This personal approach is supported by years of industry experience. Our managing director has over 40 years of direct experience in residential lettings and property management, and our other directors bring an additional 30 years of industry experience to bear in the provision of reasoned advice for our clients. Between them our business management includes an RICS chartered building surveyor, Member of ARLA and NAEA Propertymark (sales and lettings), and an Associate of the The Property Institute (block management). The business is supported by a team of diligent and capable staff. Our office team average over ten years work in the industry, often many more, and bring a wealth of accumulated knowledge to their roles.
