Oakfield Estate Agents has been a leading force in the property sector in East Sussex since 1996, when Neil Newstead and Stephen Ruxton-Cocker launched it from a small office in Hastings. Today that base remains, but we now also have branches in Lewes, Heathfield, Uckfield, Eastbourne and Bexhill-on-Sea. We started in lettings and are still market leaders in this sector, but have since added new services to our portfolio – and we’re determined to continue growing while remaining true to and passionate about our local, independent roots.
