At shefflets and sales we are a genuine independent, family run business. shefflets and sales was born out of our frustration at not being able to find the levels of customer service we required across the property industry. We know this city as well as anyone and will give you honest genuine valuations and unmatched levels of service. Our clear fee structure has proven extremely popular with landlords and vendors alike and we are sure that your decision to choose shefflets and sales will be the right one for you. We have recently been recognised as an 'Exceptional Agency' and have achieved gold status in the Best Estate Agent Guide. This is a huge achievement for us and places us in the top 5% of agents in the country. This is our equivalent of winning an Oscar for a film, a Michelin Star for a restaurant, or a gold medal at the Olympics!! The awards are assessed by: - How well properties are marketed and performed on Rightmove. - How good the customer experience was when contacting the agent via email and telephone using a mystery shopper. - Actual delivery of the sale or let. The time it takes for a listing to go to Let agreed and does it actually complete. I'm so proud of our team for being friendly and personable, whilst giving a professional service to tenants and landlords.
