Wishart Estate Agents

Founded in 2013 by Lucie Wishart, Fellow of the NAEA, our independent all-female team was built on genuine relationships, trust and care. What began as a one-woman venture has grown into an award-winning team helping homeowners and buyers across York, Tadcaster and the surrounding towns & villages. We’re proud to live and work in the same communities as our clients, offering honest advice, strong results and a refreshingly personal approach to moving home. We are an all-female, independent team led by Lucie Wishart, one of the most highly qualified estate agents in the country. For 14 years, we have helped homeowners and buyers across York, Tadcaster and the surrounding villages move with confidence. Our approach is built on three simple principles: honesty, expertise and genuine care. We combine in-depth local knowledge with modern marketing and a refreshingly personal way of working. Many of our clients return to us & recommend us because of the way we make the process feel, clear, personal and handled with care from start to finish.
