The Tribunal made the following statement:
'The Tribunal thanks both Ms Rahi and our member, Mr Barrett, for attending at today’s Hearing. Their attendance has greatly assisted the Tribunal. Mr Barrett, kindly, has admitted breaches of the Rules. In relation to the service provided to Ms Rahi, the Tribunal felt that she was not afforded a professionalism service to the standard expected of Propertymark. With regards to other Rules breached, it is noted that these have now been corrected and are up to date.'
