It has undoubtedly been a hard year across the UK but, despite the challenges, the four candidates, Frances Boyt (Chestertons), Naomi Murdoch (Dexters), Melissa Knox (Knight Frank), and Mikolaj Jachowicz (Jorgensen Turner), were all able to attain an average mark of 70 per cent or higher across all six units of their qualification, each with a two-hour written exam.
Along with Michael Smith, Head of Propertymark Qualifications, the four candidates were joined by Tim Green, Chair of Propertymark Qualifications Governing Body, ARLA Propertymark’s Vice President, David Votta, and Tim Balcon, Propertymark CEO, who virtually presented the candidates with their certificates and awards while congratulating them on their hard work.
Thinking about becoming qualified?
Last year, the RoPA Working Group recommended all staff delivering ‘reserved activities’ employed within the residential agency business should at minimum hold a qualification at Level 3 or above.
Propertymark Qualifications offer both Level 3 and Level 4 qualifications that will meet the requirements of the RoPA Working Group recommendations. Both are Ofqual regulated and are available for sales and lettings.
