We all have the right to request personal information held about us by organisations. With the number of SAR’s increasing, together with an increase in the number of complaints made to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), this session will guide you through what you need to do should you receive one.

Risk Evolves will cover key topics such as identification of a SAR, timescales to respond, rejection criteria, why the rights to copies of data is not absolute, some critical ‘do’s and don’ts’ and touch on the topic of exemptions.
