Regulatory Board Member

Remuneration £650 per day
The Regulatory Board operates independently of the Propertymark Board, ensuring that regulation places the public interest first. As a Regulatory Board Member, you will play a central role in shaping and overseeing regulatory standards, decision-making and governance, in line with best practice across professional sectors.
Co-opted Professional Member
Location: Warwick / London / Remote
Up to 6 days per year (3-year term voluntary)
Co-opted Professional Members play a vital advisory and scrutiny role, supporting the Regulatory Board to act in the public interest and operate to the highest standards of governance. While not voting Board members, they are appointed to strengthen the Board’s capability in areas where specialist expertise and professional perspective are essential.
