Alex heads up the Disputes and Litigation team at Bright Solicitors. He has experience in a wide range of litigation matters and predominantly advises clients on contentious property matters such as commercial and residential landlords and tenants in connection with possession claims, dilapidations, and forfeiture. Alex also advises on matters arising from disputed rights of way, boundary issues together with general commercial property matters.

With over 25 years’ experience across operations, people and performance, Danielle has built a reputation for bringing calm, clarity and delivery to complex businesses. Former Managing Director of Property Academy and EA Masters, she shaped organisational direction, built high-performing teams and delivered flagship national events for 1,200 delegates. More recently, Danielle founded Diomed Consulting to help leaders navigate complexity, build strong cultures and grow their businesses in a clear, practical way.

Farouk runs his own estate agency, Homesearch, in West London and has been in the property industry for over 25 years, building up a wealth of knowledge and expertise in property sales and build-to-rent.
