Having worked in the property sector since 1996, Bruce has covered pretty much all aspects of residential property, holding roles such as CEO of Lomond Capital and Managing Director at Countrywide. During his career, Bruce has opened up over 200 businesses in the UK, been involved in over 100 acquisitions (several of which he headed up) and operated right across the UK, while always retaining a strong focus in London. As Chief Commercial Officer of Rent Guarantor, he is in the unique position to be able to offer a product that has benefits for Landlords, Tenants and Living Sector Operators simultaneously.

Alex is Head of BTR Sales at Property Sense, helping Build to Rent operators accelerate lease-up performance and occupancy across the UK.

With experience spanning development, proptech, operations and leasing, Alex has worked alongside more than 50 operators and across 250+ residential schemes nationwide. He is passionate about the evolution of rental living, particularly the growing importance of resident experience, operational performance and the convergence of traditional residential asset classes.

Ben McBain

Director of New Business, BTR, PBSA & Co-Living

Ben has a strong background across the PBSA and BTR sectors, with extensive experience in business development, client relationship management, and marketing strategy. Having held roles with Moda and Vita Student, he has developed a deep understanding of the rental and accommodation markets. Ben also served as Business Development Manager at The Lettings Hub, where he was responsible for establishing and strengthening key client relationships while driving strategic growth initiatives.
