Centurion: Alternative Deposit Scheme
10 weeks' cover
The Centurion ADS offers the equivalent of 10 weeks’ cover, this is double the amount of cover that a traditional deposit offers. The cover can be used for any matter that the tenant is liable for under the tenancy agreement.
Low fixed rates
Centurion believes that renting should be affordable for all, the fees are fixed for the term of the tenancy and based on the initial monthly rental value. The fee can be paid be wither the landlord or tenant, it can also be collected by the agent or paid direct to Centurion. There is also the option to pay monthly, this is only available via agent applications.
Simple claims and fast settlement
Centurion recognises that landlords need a simple claims process with fast settlement, we will make payment to landlords within 2 working days. This ensures that landlords are not waiting months for amounts that are rightfully due to them.
Unmatched peace of mind
Centurions ADS is insurance backed, whereby should Centurion cease to trade or stop offering the product then a third party insurance company will step in and settle any amounts owing to landlords. This provides greater security and peace of mind to all.

Centurion also offers a landlord extended guarantee that allows landlords to purchase additional cover for missed rent or damage to property. This can be taken out in addition to a normal deposit / alternative deposit scheme, extending even further the cover to landlords.
