Jo is a leadership consultant, trainer and coach, with over 30 years in the property industry. She specialises in developing confident, high-performing teams and empowering leaders to communicate with clarity and impact. She is known for delivering engaging, practical sessions that blend fun with real-world tools that can be applied immediately.

Jo works with businesses across the UK to strengthen leadership capability, improve team dynamics, and build resilience and motivation at every level. Her approach is down-to-earth, energising and focused on creating meaningful behaviour change, not just “nice training days”.

Danny has been a Regional Executive since 2015, he is passionate about ensuring a fair industry and providing great, long-term customer service. Danny is an Associate Partner with Unique Property Company, selling & letting one-off properties around London.

Nichola is a Performance Mindset Specialist who helps people get comfortable with being uncomfortable and build the confidence, resilience and accountability needed to perform at their best and deliver consistent results.

She spent over 10 years in London estate agency, progressing from trainee negotiator to area director, where she experienced first-hand the pressures of a target-driven environment and the challenge of supporting teams to perform at a high level.

She combines her background in psychology, NeuroLeadership coaching and real-world industry experience to deliver high-energy, impactful training programmes for leaders, managers and teams, building the mindset and habits needed for high performance and lasting behaviour change.

With over 25 years of experience in the property industry, I have worked in both corporate and boutique agencies and also in the self-employed model with eXp. I now own my own business, and I’m the Managing Director at Loporto Browne Residential based in North West London. I am the Past President of NAEA Propertymark and Regional Executive for London. I co-founded the Women In Estate Agency Group, which has a yearly conference, leadership courses and is a thriving community and voice for change and equality in our industry.

Starting my career in 1998 at the largest real estate company in my native Malta and then relocating to England to learn the unique London market with one of the leading corporate agencies, what was intended to be a sabbatical turned into a permanent stay, and London is my home. Born in Ecuador, brought up in Malta and with an Italian mother, I’m a true Londoner.
