Michaela has been regional executive for South London since 2020 and her goal is to spread the word about the benefits of Propertymark membership, how it has benefited her business. Tomasz started his lettings career in March 2008 as a trainee lettings negotiator for one of London’s most recognisable estate agencies. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in sales, lettings and property management, working for several corporate brands. He currently oversees the Andrews lettings and property management division across South West London. He's passionate about always doing ‘the right thing’, improving industry standards and delivering excellent service.

Francis West is the CEO of Security Everywhere Ltd, a cyber security company focused on helping small and medium-sized businesses protect themselves from cyber-crime using enterprise-grade security solutions that are typically only available to larger organisations. Over the past seven years, the company has protected clients across 15 countries and maintains a 100% protection record.

Francis actively contributes to the cyber security community and serves on several advisory panels, including the Home Office, WCIT, the Cyber Resilience Centres and the Eastern Fraud Forum. Since the start of Covid, he has delivered nearly 500 talks to help business owners better understand cyber risks and how to protect their organisations.
