Repairing Standards in Scotland

Landlords in Scotland must comply with updates to the Repairing Standard from 1 March 2024. The Repairing Standard was introduced through the Housing (Scotland) Act 2006 and is the minimum level of repair a house must achieve to be used as privately rented accommodation.

This course will refresh your knowledge of the current standard, set out the new guidelines and help you prepare yourself and your clients for the changes.
