With over 25 years of experience in Property and Conveyancing, Sam has built a career starting as an office junior at a law firm in Leicester up to Partner level working in a variety of leadership roles. Sam has a strong commitment to training and mentoring the next generation of legal professionals and dedicates considerable time to developing young talent, helping them thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.
Sam is also a founding committee member and Chair of Women in Conveyancing and actively supports initiatives that promote diversity, inclusivity, training and other opportunities for the industry.
Liana Loporto-Browne
Regional Executive, NAEA Propertymark
With over 25 years of experience in the property industry, I have worked in both corporate and boutique agencies and also in the self-employed model with eXp. I now own my own business, and I’m the Managing Director at Loporto Browne Residential based in North West London. I am the Past President of NAEA Propertymark and Regional Executive for London. I co-founded the Women In Estate Agency Group, which has a yearly conference, leadership courses and is a thriving community and voice for change and equality in our industry.
Starting my career in 1998 at the largest real estate company in my native Malta and then relocating to England to learn the unique London market with one of the leading corporate agencies, what was intended to be a sabbatical turned into a permanent stay, and London is my home. Born in Ecuador, brought up in Malta and with an Italian mother, I’m a true Londoner.

Stuart has worked in estate agency for over 23 years, covering the whole of the North West area. He prides himself on delivering excellent customer service with a friendly, approachable manner. In his role, as Managing Director, every day is different, but also really satisfying.

Alistair McKinlay

Alistair is He is an experienced property solicitor and qualified in 1997. Throughout his career, Alistair has specialised in all types of property related matters, with a particular focus on acting for clients buying and selling properties.
As well as dealing with routine sales and purchases, Alistair also advises clients on leasehold transactions, including shared ownership leases, re-mortgages and acquisitions of new-build properties. He has acted for a number of developers during his career and is familiar with the planning and infrastructure issues which can arise in these types of transactions. He also represents property investors who are looking to grow and expand their portfolios.

Clare is an award-winning training consultant, specialising in customer experience and sales. Her career in the property industry began over 30 years ago as a part-time weekend receptionist, before moving into new-build sales, holiday cottages, panel management and B2B sales.
Clare loves to help businesses to generate more revenue by improving customer care, sales progression and providing value-added related services. Her clients include some of the largest estate agents and law firms in the country, and she is a regular speaker at Propertymark conferences and events.
