Frances specialises in Property Management at Chestersons. In early 2021 she set up a Property Management training Academy for apprentices who are just starting out in the industry and is really enjoying developing the next generation of Letting Agents.

Alex heads up the Disputes and Litigation team at Bright Solicitors. He has experience in a wide range of litigation matters and predominately advises clients on contentious property matters such as commercial and residential landlords and tenants in connection with possession claims, dilapidations, and forfeiture. Alex also advises on matters arising from disputed rights of way, boundary issues together with general commercial property matters.

Mark is a partner at the national accounting and tax firm Crowe UK LLP.  He is based in their London office close to St Paul’s.  Mark supports landlords and their agents by helping them with their taxation.  Current work involves supporting them gifting on to the next generation, trust planning and using family investment companies.  He is also the lead partner implementing the new Making Tax Digital for Income Tax services at the firm. 

Clifford is an entrepreneur and renowned business development specialist. His extensive knowledge and experience, coupled with his passion for helping agents save time and money, make him the perfect match for The Letting Partnership, the UK’s leading Client Accounting Service Provider.

In the past year, Clifford and his team have enabled over 100 agents to streamline their operations and "stop paying their landlords" without needing to change software or client bank accounts.

Additionally, he serves as a mentor for Agents Together and is an Apprenticeship Awareness champion.
