Renters' Rights Act Roadshows - London

The Renters' Rights Act will bring about huge change to the industry, and while we await Royal Assent, now is the time for all property professionals to begin planning for the transition and what's to come.

Propertymark has been supporting members to adapt throughout the Bill's Parliamentary process, and we have organised a series of free afternoon in-person sessions to provide the industry with the tools and information needed in the coming months.

What our roadshows will cover:

  • Ending of Section 21 “no-fault” evictions and how possession grounds will work instead
  • Shift towards periodic tenancies and notice periods
  • Rent increases: process, evidence and timelines
  • Pets and property
  • Property standards & compliance: what to expect and how to stay ahead
  • Student lets and seasonal turnover
