Kate Fox has created her one-woman bespoke estate agents after many years of selling property in the Caversham, RG4 area. Her business started in 2021 after working for other independent estate agents and also online estate agents for fourteen years. Now, four and a half years since she started Fox-Beckett, she has enjoyed giving her one-to-one attention to a select number of clients to ensure their customer journey is as stress-free as possible. By keeping her client list small, she has time for her clients and hopes they will feel that they are her only one! With customer service at the forefront of her business, Kate takes time to ensure that her clients are ready for the market, with a marketing strategy in place and regular updates throughout. Once a sale has been agreed, Kate will liaise with all parties in the chain to help guide and move towards exchange and completion. Kate regularly keeps in touch with past clients and truly loves the Caversham area that she lives and works in and has raised her family there for the past 25 years.
