Shepherds Estate Agent are an independently run business, operating in the heart of Hertfordshire. The core business was established in 1975 by Mr Shepherd. The business was bought in 1995 by the current owners and they have operated in the same office for over 30 years. Shepherds second office was opened in Cheshunt in 2016, when the company bought out The Reid Partnership and moved into their offices, where Estate Agency and Estate Management services have been offered for over 60 years. Shepherds offer Residential and Commercial sales and lettings, with across the board property services. Having sold over 5,500 homes and managed over 7,000 tenancies during their trading period, they have a wealth of knowledge and expertise. With staff retention averaging between 5 to 25 years, Shepherds offers consistency on service delivery, as well as the ability to tailor services to clients needs, as an independent operator. This is further enhanced with our license to operate under the International brand, Fine & Country.
