The business of being a landlord and lettings agent is changing, the Renters Rights Bill is shifting more power to the tenant, in addition rents appear to be growing ever higher yet profits are being squeezed. The current market for landlord protection includes traditional deposits, alternative deposit schemes, rent guarantee insurance as well as family or professional guarantors.
