eLearning: Supporting student mental health and wellbeing

Anyone can experience mental health difficulties at any stage of their lives. In the past, mental health has been something that many people don't feel able to discuss, which means problems all too often don't get resolved.

However, the stigma is lifting as society acknowledges the importance of good mental health. In this course, you will gain a practical understanding of mental health and produce an action plan for improving your own mental health and wellbeing. It will also provide you with guidance on how you can help colleagues with their mental health and create an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
