Trust qualification bursaries open until 31 January 2026

Following the success of the Class of 25 initiative, The Propertymark Trust has opened its 2026 bursary programme, offering vital financial support to individuals working towards industry qualifications. Promoting professionalism and supporting access to education for people who would otherwise struggle to meet the costs of training, membership and assessment sits at the heart of the Trust’s work.

How to apply

Applications for the first tranche of 2026 scholarship bursaries must be received by the end of January 2026. Trustees will then shortlist applicants, conduct interviews and select those who will receive funding.

Apply using the Educational Grant Application Form

A strict number of places are available, and interest is expected to be high.  Anyone considering applying is encouraged to review the eligibility criteria and application process on the Propertymark Trust website promptly.

What support is available

The bursaries cover up to 100% of the costs associated with learning materials, Propertymark membership, and examination fees.

Successful applicants will be supported to study for the Level 3 Certificate in Property Agency .

As part of the application process, candidates must explain why they want to achieve a Level 3  qualification and how it will support their career development.

Positive impact on careers

Feedback from last year’s cohort highlights the real-world value of the scheme, with one member commenting that the bursary had opened doors and strengthened their professional skills, helping them to deliver a higher standard of service in the property sector.

This reflects the Trust’s wider objective of raising standards across the industry by supporting education, competence and professionalism.

Michael Day, Chair of the Education Group at the Propertymark Trust, said the initiative provides a clear route into qualifications that underpin long-term career progression and strengthen the profession.

By continuing to invest in education and access to qualifications, the Propertymark Trust is helping to develop the next generation of qualified, professional property practitioners.
