HIPLA's premium client onboarding platform combines our Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ) with the Law Society’s transaction protocol forms: TA6, TA7 and TA10. They have removed the duplication between these forms by pre-populating data where possible and have transformed the process into an extremely easy to use, consumer friendly mobile platform fully white labelled in our members brands.
It uniquely satisfies an agent’s CPR obligations (Material Info) whilst also fully completing (and signing) the necessary transaction protocol forms required by conveyancers. HIPLA also provides document signing, ID/AML, conveyancer/mortgage quotes and more.
HM Land Registry
HM Land Registry is transforming Local Land Charges (LLC) searches by consolidating local authority registers into a single centralised digital service. This online service eliminates local variations in price, speed and format for LLC service users and provides a standardised service across England and Wales.
The service is now live with 85 local authorities’ local land charges data, with many more still to come.
This ambitious step forward furthers the Government’s commitment to make the homebuying process simpler, faster and cheaper. It is also an important part of our Business Strategy to improve the entire conveyancing process.
